Rosa Beryl is a visual artist based out of Providence, Rhode Island.

As a New England native, her life's work has been deeply inspired and influenced by the lush, green forests and plant life that she spends so much time with. She is formally trained in Environmental Design and Permaculture Design, and has taken numerous workshops relating to herbalism and wildcrafting. Although now most of her energy is spent on art, these educational foundations have continued to shape her painting practice and the way she sees and interacts with the world around her, as well as inspire her subject matter. Coining the term “botanical juice” to describe her work, Rosa’s embodied plant portraits are created to become a sensory experience. By tapping into the plant energetics, she hopes the viewer is able to feel her paintings in more ways than one.
